A team of final year students (Business Studies) at Manchester Metropolitan University are working on a market research project to assess employer's and jobseeker's opinion of a new jobs website www.MrJob.co.uk which features only employers jobs (no agencies) presented in a newspaper style format.

The students have designed a survey and contacted 300+ companies but only a small proportion of employers have sent back completed surveys. They are now under pressure as they need to receive all completed surveys by Monday 22^nd January. The project is an important part of their final year and is intended to develop skills such as teamworking, planning, communication skills, market research, analysis and report writing - all useful for their future career in a business environment.

Please note that the jobs on the website are real jobs but they are all advertised FREE. No payment is sought from any employer at this stage - the website has been produced to test the feasibility of this idea
