Hello, We are currently reviewing our induction and plan to make it once a month with key members of staff being speakers, followed by a lunch etc. We want to use the opportunity of having time with new starters well and aim to make the induction as informative, and fun, as possible. We want to consider the information we include, how it is presented and delivered and any review. If anyone out there has an induction presentation they could send me or offer any advice I would greatly appreciate it. We are also considering the possibility of once we have decided upon the content, asking an external company to professionally write the induction for us, if anyone knows of any companies who do this, and have positive feedback about them, please let me know. Michael, would it be possible to get a copy of your past life stuff as well. I have just joined a company with no L&D infrastructure and induction consist of 'there's your phone and desk'! Thanks in advance. |
