I have graduated with a Masters in Training Management and Education. I am very keen to work in the field of Training Needs Analysis . However, I can not get a job as I have no experience in that field..No companies are willing  to employ me due to the lack of experience. How am I suppose to have experience if no companies are willing to give me a chance??

Please advice me.... Iam getting deppressed now... I have been looking for a job for more than 6 months now...

All suggestions are welcome.

The only way to get experience in Training Needs Analysis is to do TNA, If you cannot get a role that does do you qualify for a more junior role where you can grow your experienc organically?

Alternatively donate your time to a local charity helping them to develop their training plans - this way you give to the community and grow your skills.  Please be careful though - the TNA is the easy part - fulfilling the need is quite another!
good luck
