Hi Maxine, You could do worse that have a chat with Roger Philby at Chemistry recruitment. I used to work as Head of Recruitment at Cable and Wireless and he was my opposite number at Energis. Most of our difficult recruitment was around the sales arena - he has now set up his own recruitment firm specialising in Sales.
