Hi,


I have been asked to complete a work based project for my CIPD on monitoring Equal Opportunities and Diversity and would like to know if anyone has a copy of a Data Audit they have sent out recently that i could have copy of? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi


I have a list of all the categories for monitoring equal opps data as we are about to send out a Validation Request.  This just means that we send out the details that we hold on an employee and ask them to confirm that they are correct.  We are also asking additional questions this time - incorporating sexual orientation and religion.  Email me and I will send you the list.
