I work for a SME manufacturing organisation and we are looking at introducing a system for assessing and recording on the job training, i.e. a skills matrix.


The system also needs to be used to design training plans to ensure functional flexibility throughout the business.


Any advice or examples of successful systems you might be willing to share would be greatly appreciated.
