I have recently been employed by an organisation, as a Learning and Development Advisor, and I have been asked to lead a Investors in People project.  The company currently has Standard accreditation, but I think that there is a benefit to the organisation pursuing Profile Accrediation.  The only problem is that although the IiP site has some great case studies I am struggling to give evidence of hard business benefits such as profit growth, productivity increases, improved Employee satisfaction - through EOS, improved staff retention, lowered absence rates, etc which could help with cost and ROI analysis.  Has anyone got any examples of business benefits which IiP has delivered to their organisation which I could use.  I wouldn't expect absolute numbers or sensitive information to be shared, but some guide in regards to percentage increases/decreases would be very helpful.
