Hello all, I am new to the forum.

I have a question for all of the HR & hiring professionals on the board. I have recently joined a company (details below) to start up their legal headhunting team. We're having some great successes but I am always keen to stay abreast of various best-practices and so on. Is anyone here on the forum in this area, and if so do you have any pointers on the idiosyncrasies of your firm and what is expected of the headhunters you use?

Many thanks,

Ben Williams
