Good afternoon,

I'd be very grateful if anybody could provide any information on the above topics.  I have some background information on IVF and it is linked into our current policy on Mat Leave / Special Leave - however it would be very helpful if anyone had a policy specifically on IVF.

Also I'm in the process of designing a HR Policy on Pandemic Flu - is the general consensus that this needs to be organisational led or HR driven.

Thanks

Paul

We have an IVF Policy that has been in place for over a year.

We provide up to 5 days paid leave, for both sexes, within a 12 month period and ask for a medical practitioners letter to confirm the appointment.

The request is booked on a standard 'special leave form'.
