I am pulling together a guide on how to build a meaningfull and 'live' PDP. My company has the standards forms but I am looking for a 'how to training guide'. Could anyone provide me with details or ideas on where to start? Many Thanks |

Hi I have introduced many PDP approaches and all been 'live' documents aiding peoples personal and professional development. Training in the use of the 'forms' comes way down the list. I tend to call the 'forms' tools and make them optional - all you need to do is give permission to users and show how YOU have used it then they might join your party. Most people do not use these business or development tools if they are mandatory (it’s the teenage rebellion in us all). I have produced a guide to CPD/ PDP's for users and managers which I can send you but only to a business email address. Mike
