Hi I have been asked to review our policy and procedure on Disability in Employment. Does anyone have any examples or good practice guidelines that they could share with me?

Hi Carolyn, Employment Opportunities is a charity that assists companies and firms to recruit and retain people with disabilities. We are working with a number of legal firms in their recruitment of graduates with disabilities and at their request will be starting a forum to share best practice on the topic you mentioned as well as discussing practical ways to meet the challenge.
