Hi


I have worked in an HR environment for almost 7 years in various roles; HR Admin, Recruitment and Learning (in am FMCG Service Centre) and a bit of Change Management. I am due to get made redundant next month and want to do a more generalist role like HR Advisor however every company I apply to doesn't want to know because I do not have experience in Discilplinaries and Grievences etc.


I am due to attend a 3 day CIPD course at the end of June 07 which will bring me right up to date and I am fully CIPD qualified.


Can anyone give me any advice???
