Hi So you are in the position of having done some personal development in the HR/ HRD world and are looking for the next step... The http://www.developthedeveloper.com survey is looking to explore the current and future trends in people development. By contributing to the survey you may also get some ideas of what else is out there and may or may not be right for you! By completing the survey you can also win some great prizes worth around £1000 (there are 3 prizes of this value) Survey is only open during June 2007 |

Hi Have you thought about talking to a Personal Development Coach? When the future is unclear it always helps to have someone who will listen and be committed to helping you focus on your highest goals for the future. If you are not sure if your goals are realistic or even if you have not set any targets for yourself before, this would be a great place to start. More people as individuals or as businesses are now turning to this kind of support. How often do you have real quality time to spend on yourself? The results, when you do are amazing! Would you like to achieve your goals faster than ever before? If you would like to know more contact; martincornes@deliveryourfuture.com www.deliveryourfuture.com

Hi Martin You raise some interesting points - indeed the Develop the Developer survey ( http://www.developthedeveloper.com ) looks at coach training in terms of models used, and approaches taken. |
