I am currently working as HR Manager and the company I am working in has an office in Dubai and Riyadh with 16 sales staff, because of the nature of their business setup in UAE they never had employment contract or employee terms and conditions drafted, its now my task to sort these for the Dubai based employee.


 


Does some one have any information; what would the UAE and KSA employee terms and condition, employment contract and handbook will entail. (Any sample I could see) 


 


I do not want to apply the same UK policies and procedures to the UAE employee as this may conflict with some of their laws.


 


Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
