Within my organisation we are looking to develop an internal comms strategy for HR. Whilst we currently have many steams of communication I would have to say it is not co-ordinated and we do not utilise the intranet to any significant degree. I would appreciate thoughts on where to start and any other advice and pitfalls people can suggest. Thanks in anticipation.
