We have a policy on alcohol and substance abuse (where an employee admits to having a problem they are given support by the Company) but we are looking to implement a policy whereby our drivers are subject to random breath testing for alcohol.  We have commenced consultation and have their agreement in principle.  Does anyone have either a Policy or a Procedure that they would be willing to share with me.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Sue

I have a drugs and alcohol policy, but it doesn't cover breath tests, don't know if this will help.

Regards

Kim

Kim

Thanks for the offer but I specifically need a policy and procedure for breath tests.
