Hi all We are looking at putting in a new ATS system to include online applications, the ability to build a talent database (with good/quick searchable facility) and easy management reporting. Hi Michelle We meet again. I have put I-grasp into both Cable & Wireless and latterly Royal Mail - in both cases it supported a switch to a direct recruitment strategy. I have tended to find that three principle players end up on the any shortlist during the RFP process : I-grasp, Taleo and MrTed. All three have their good and bad points and it depends very much on your business environment, recruitment strategy going forward and budget, to name but three. Hi Michelle, I'm not sure if you have implemented this yet but I work in the HR dept for Kenexa and we are in the business of providing full employee lifecycle solutions which include Applicant Tracking systems, Performance Management software, Psychometric Assessment tools and others. I have just implemented HR smart and Northern Foods and have looked iGrasp, taleo, Eploy, TRG advantage etc and am happy to give you some advice if you need it. This includes online applications (which can involve screening questions, employment history checks, CV upload and psychometric testing), a talent database with an extensive search facility and management reporting tools. Hi Michelle, Not sure whether you have implemented your new ATS system, but we use a system called web-cruit by Kaonix. It is very straight forward and easy to use. Connecting to a dedicated careers page, it allows you manage all applications coming into the system, create unique application forms for each vacancy, communicate with applicants, build a talent pool and post to multiple job board sites with accuracy. We spent 18 months searching the market for a system that had all these capabilities.
