Hi all Has anyone had any experience in introducing a completely new appraisal system? What process did you go through and who did you consult with? What was the communication and training process to implement the end result? Hope you can help! Clare

Try both the CIPD and ACAS websites for information on this Clare. I have undertaken a number of these introductions-my advice is to get a handful of people at different levels and consult with them. Training should be provided for both the appraisers and appraisees. Tim
