I have recently been asked to plan and develop a case mangement team. The prime function is to free up time allowing the current HR managers more time to concentrate on the strategic issues. Whilst the case management team deal with the more day to day transactional tasks. Does any have any experience of setting up a case management team? I would be most grateful of any suggestions.
