Hi there,

Has anyone written a training policy that incorporates what capped expenses your organisation will be responsible for paying; and what the employee will be responsible for paying when it comes to attending training courses within a large organisation and multi-site locations?

Any help will be appreciated.

Many thanks
Jagruti

Hi Jagruti,

I have a professional qualifications policy document, which you can download and edit free from my website. Try this link - Professional Qualifications Policy.

Thank you Andrew.

This is useful, although I already have something based on Professional Study.

I am looking for something a little bit more specific - that details a cap on training expenses for training courses held at a multi-site organisation. In other words, stops employees from claiming as many expenses as they can when they have to travel to another site, (away from their own site), in the business for training purposes.

If you can help with this at all, it will be much appreciated.

Regards
Jagruti

Jagruti,

Sorry that document didn't help. It sounds like you need an expenses policy. I have put one together and added it to our site. I'm sure with a bit of adjustment it will help you. Training Expenses Policy.

Many thanks for your help Andrew.

Yes, this is the sort of thing I am looking for. I had a 'capped price' in mind and your policy just confirms my thoughts.

Your website is very useful. I am sure I will be referring to it again.

Thanks again

Jagruti
