I am currently in the process of sourcing a contract with an OH provider for a SME and have not had much success. We have been using OH providers on a pay as you go basis has not been very cost effective. We are based in Edinburgh but have a large geographical spread across Scotland and would be looking for a provider that has a number of locations in Scotland. The services we are looking for are pre employment screening, intial telephone advice for absence management issues and referrals to an OH physician. Has anybody got any recommendations?
