Africa, Germany and Switzerland. Current ideas include:

1. Dropping probation periods and hence allowing healthcare benefits to start for the day they transfer

2. Counting continuous service for holiday entitlement. for example in the UK our policy is 22 moving to 25 days after 2 years service we would start counting from the day they joined SQS Group and not the UK operation.

3. Offering language tuition if applicable

4. Providing relocation expenses up to a certain amount including transport of belongings, flight, temporary accommodation and work permit

How far have you got with yours? If you or anyone else has anything to add that would be helpful.

Regards,
