Ok here goes, My director has taken on me to be shop manager & another person to be my deputy. We are 5 weeks into the job which is going great for me, but the deputy just isnt up to the job, lack of experience and comitment required for the role, is lacking even though I have discussed this with her/him. The director has apologised many times to me regarding taking her/him on. The question is - Are we able to terminate her job within 3 months without reason if not what is your best advice? Any help with this would be good thanks
