The Government are continuing to encourage large employers to engage with the funded schemes such as apprenticeship and Train to Gain. They are encouraging employers to contract directly with government agencies rather than use a training provider. Are large companies ready to take on the inevitable bureacracy or is this policy likely to hold back these schemes?
