Please can anyone help, I am a 2nd year student studying for my degree in Business Management, I have a assignment that I am stuck on I need to demonstrate my knowledge and understanding of the importance to organisations of developing a portfolio of comtemporary knowledge and skills in all employees, within the context of establishing best pratices initiatives within the enterprise specifically within Small to Medium size enterprises. I also have to use the harvard framework please can anyone give me some idea of how to use the harvard framework in simple terms I would be very grateful. many thanks Lisa
