Hello, We are looking at our maternity policy, as we currently only pay the basic, 6 weeks at 90% and then the remaining at the statutory rate. Does anyone pay their employees a better package? If so can you send me the details? Any help would be great. Thanks George

We pay 12 weeks at 100% pay, then 12 weeks at 50% and the remaining at SMP.
