I have been asked to work on a project with regards Career Breaks.  I am currently putting together a supporting document basically explaining what a career break is, the benfits/disadvantages of implementing one etc.


If anyone has any information I would be truely greatful.


Or if you have tried implementing one and found that it has/hasn't worked within your organisation I would also be interested to hear from you.
