I have just started in a mid-sized company with absolutely no succession or talent management processes or infrastructure. I would really appreciate any tools or templates that any one would be happy to share. Thanks in advance

Have you tried using a company that provides talent management software, for example Insala? They provide the whole package from consulting, succession planning and talent management |
