Hi There,


I am currently in the middle of debating whether or not it would be a good idea to recommend introducing a Stress/Well being policy into my place of work.


If any one out there has introduced such a policy and would be willing to share their view about the policy, how it was implemented, the obstacles that they had to cross and whether or not is has been successful I would be pleased to hear from you.
