Hi I am currently working on a project involving oncall and overtime payments. Would any body be willing to share the breakdown which they use for overtime and on call payments with their companies? and if they have any applicable policies which I could use for a benchmark? Thanks

Hi I see there have been several requests for info on overtime and on-call payments - we are commencing some similar work so I am adding my name to the list - if someone can point me to any recent studies / research / relevant information, that would be helpful. Many thanks.
