Considering the dynamics of the HR job market in the UK, what would be the scope for acceptability and success for a 31 years old, Pakistani national on HSMP visa looking for suitable jobs in the HR field. How difficult will it be to find a decent job in HR considering the absence of UK work experience. Would a qualification like the Certificate in Personnel Practice ( CIPD) add any value to the case. What route of entry should someone like this take if he intends to work in the HR profession in the UK and has the background as described in the beginning of this inquiry. Would appreciate candid comments and opinions.
