Hi,

I would calculate as follows,

Total F/T Holidays       x  Part Time Hours   = No. Of Days

Total F/T Hours

Example,

25 holidays /37.5 hours x 15 hours = 10 days

Hope this helps!

Am I missing something here? This isn't HR, it's Key Stage 2 Maths.

If an employee has two apples and HR removes 1 apple, how many apples does the employee have left?
