Hi


I am in the process of calculating our cost per hire and am trying to get some comparison costs so I can benchmark the figure I eventually end up with.  I currently work for a Business School/charity based in the South East and would be grateful if some of you could forward me your CPH along with the type of organisation you work for as well as the location.


If possible could I have 2 figures, one with direct and the other with both direct and indirect costs.
