Hi,


I was wondering if anyone could explain there current policy on language training as have have many expatriates sent to the far east and feel we are not providing adequate support. Does your company provide a fixed budget for both the expatriate and the spouse to receive training while they are on assignment? or is this a monthly amount, and if so does it cover the total amount of langauge training?
