Hi,


I would like to have a personal development plan for myself. I am currently working as an HR Assistant and therefore am looking for better understanding of what competancies or skills i'll need to develop for career into HR.


I've tried looking on internet. I can find development plans for all other jobs but not for a career into HR. I would also appreciate if anyone can let me know what are the most important skills or competancies needed in hr profession.
