Hi,


We are looking at bringing in a bonus scheme that is clear, easy for employees to understand and most of all fair.


Does anybody have any information they can provide that may help me?  Our employees include office based, sales, catering and tutorial staff so very diverse areas of the business.


We are not sure whether to introduce a company wide scheme or a departmental one.


Any help would be appreciated!
