My backgroung is generalist in HR with a strong leaning toward ER.I also have useful strategic planning experience.However I am going for an interview for an HR manager position in a Town Council.My background is mainly in the Private sector with 4+ years in the NHS.I was wondering if someone with town council experience in HR could inform me what the issues are facing HR professionals in this sector?Fred Caiger
