I am trying to get my company to only accept signed copies of expense / overtime forms as we are not technically able to submit electronically. I am having some resistance from those that fax and email on deadline day etc - does anyone have any best practice or polices saying submission with signed hard copy is how it should be ! Help ! |

Hi Vicky I have experienced the same problem recently so I have just implemented a payroll process, which all staff and managers have to adhere this inlcudes submitting expenses sheets. If you would like to have a look at this process please contact me and I will forward it to you.
