Hello, I have been tasked with developing a "people plan" for our business. Does anyone have any documents, or advice on how to go about this, a template to use as a foundation document perhaps? Many thanks

SM Great term 'people plan', or even 'people strategy', 'human capital management' for those removed from HR interaction and are data analysts, or good old fashion, a 'total solution' in the form of a HR Strategy I have alot of information, checklists, guidance on this and likewise a very detailed template document you can use and will help you immensely Likewise anyone else can have it too FREE for either public and private arena's please specify when emailing your request Just email me at leerwilliams@hotmail.com and I will send all the docs you need - they should save you a fortune in time Best Wishes Lee
