Good Evening


I am looking to move sideways into HR from recruitment. I have obtained an interview and have been asked to prepare a number of scenarios for discussion at interview.


I would really be appreciative of any input anyone could give me...


"A member of secreterial staff, responsible for 2 Faculty members resigns and wishes to leave at the end of the week rather than the end of the month as stated in their contract.


The Manager comes to the HR office and wants to see the HR Manager, but they are not in - the manager asks for your advice as the employee is putting a lot of pressure on to leave quickly. What response do you give?"
