Specific buying vacancy- ideas/advice? James 12/03/2008 11:45

Hi Guys,

I'm an internal recruiter and I'v been given a vacancy by one of my line managers for a buyer.

No problem normally, standard advertising normally takes care of this, however, this one is more specific- I'm after someone with experience of buying luxury soft furnishings and interior design materials. Obviously these folks don't grow on trees so I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of specific places I could advertise or specialist agencies?

Headhunting is out, my employer is highly confidential and we cannot afford the risk of offending target comnpanies!

Here's hoping you guys can help!

James

Why not try the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply which is the buying & procurement industry professional body.

I found them very useful when I had to source salaries for this industry for a client.
