I handed my notice in yesterday and said I was willing to work the one months notice.The resignation has been accepted and no issues or concern raised, however my boss has now started auditing everything I have done. My concern is that he is looking for a reason to get rid of me and not pay me my notice - if he finds something wrong can I be sacked and my salary withheld?
