A gentleman is dismissed on the spot for theft.  That's it.  The employer didn't warn the employee that this was going to happen, the employee received no warnings previously, no investigation was made after an investigation into the allegations, no procedures followed.

the tribunal case is this week and after time the employer has falsified evidence to suggest that correct procedures were indeed put into place, false letters of previous warnings have been put forward as evidence.

the false evidence has nothing signed by the employee, no signed contract, no nothing.

how can the employee win if falsified evidence has been put across to the tribunal?
