Hi all,

Does anyone have a standard TUPE Letter which, introduces you to an existing workforce that will become part of your organisation once Transfer takes place?

AND/ OR

What are the main points that should be covered in the TRANSFER letter to potential employees who will become part of your organisation, following transfer.

 Kind regards

hi Sophia,

If you haven't got a suitable letter to use yet, please drop me an email - paulball@eversheds.com - and I'll see if I can help.  I am an employment lawyer so deal with these kinds of letters regularly.  The only reason I am reluctant to provide you with a letter straight away on this forum is just in case of a conflict of interest arising.

Paul
