Dear all

I have recently finished re-writing our grievance policy, and am  now in the process of putting together a days training for managers on dealing with grievances.

Does anyone have any material already prepared that they would be willing toshare with me?

Many thanks

Lorraine

Dear Lorraine
I work for the Law Firm Colman Coyle. We have a thriving and experienced Employment Department who are able to advice on all Employment matters. We also offer training work shops (free of charge in most cases) assisting HR Directors and Senior Managers.

If you let me know your location and contact details we might be able to help.

Kind Regards
Chris Aubeeluck

Hi Lorraine,

As you know the policy on grievance only has currency if your managers can operate and understand it in their language also.

We provide compliance and awareness training for line managers and leaders; with a particular emphasis on disciplinary and grievance processes and would be happy to discuss with you how we can improve the performance of your line managers linked to your new policies and the business objectives.

Please contact me to discuss at fmckay@seminarsandsolutions.com or visit www.seminarsandsolutions.com .
