Hi, I'm currently doing a project on retention and want to compare our attrition rate to other call centres. It's difficult to find what the true average rate of attrition is for a call centre. Publicised reports show it as being approx 30% but my experience says it's usually much higher than this. So I'm trying to get some 'real' attrition rates from call centres across the company. I'm only looking for the attrition rate in the call centre and not the full company but I'd appreciate it if anyone would be willing to disclose theirs to me. Company names would be kept strictly confidential and wouldn't be used and in return I'd be happy to share what I find the average to be. I have managed to get a few already and it's already looking to be much more than 30%! Thanks in advance. Annette |

| i may be interested in participating in this, but first have a couple of questions: - where in the country is your company based, and what type of 'call centre'? - or if happy to disclose your company name? and what measure / calculation are you using to get to the attrition figure? | |||
