Hi
I have been employed on a fixed term contract which ended the end of March this year and i am currently on maternity leave, they informed me that they weren't renewing my contract due to no further funding for the project that i was employed to work on, i have since found out that they have more funding for this project and they have re employed somebody else who was also on a fixed term contract but employed by another project previously, this has all happened before my fixed term contract came to an end. I have never had any complaits about my work there and had an excellent review recently. from what i have seen on the net, it is unfair dismissal and sex discrimination. Can anybody please tell where i styand on this?
thanks
