Hi

I have just completed drafting an Employee Handbook for a start up business and was wondering how much other companies were paying in terms of maternity, paternity and sickness - how many of you are paying above the statutory minimum?

Thanks in advance for your help

Meha,

We pay SSP for hourly paid employees (they work annualised hours) and 23 days full pay for staff.

Nothing above stat minimum for mat or pat.

Hope this helps

Helen
