Dear All, I wonder if you can help me. I work for an investment bank in the city and have faced discrimination, bullying, harressment and victimisation. I have complained to HR since Aug 2007, however HR have done nothing about this until February 2008. During this time a number of things have happened, such as the manager i was complaining about has left, HR now say we cannot prove anything i have said. I have complained in writing to the bank and to date they have not responded with an outcome of my grievance. How long do i need to wait before i take this further to a tribunal? i am concerned the bank is not taking my alligations seriously, there lack of response in a timely manner is evidence of this. I have been certified off sick by the company doctor with clinical depression. I have also been told by my collegues that i have been made redundant, however as i am off sick the company has not told me this. What do you advise?
John
