Hi - has anybody recommendations for Leadership Training for a newly-appointed Senior Manager (first time as senior manager) who needs training on leading his team, appreciating them, listening to them and making use of their expertise?
If this was in the Cambridge area that would be a bonus.
Many thanks!

Hi Arkwright

I have been delivery training sessions to our line managers with reference to absence management, bullying, harassment and dignity at work etc I have also written an induction package for newly appointed managers either internal or external.  If you feel this would assist you please feel free to contact me and we could discuss your requirements.

I'm not sure if this aloud, so apologies in advance moderator if not, but what you describe is exactly what Synectics can provide and plenty of people from Mars to Ernst and Young have benefited from having the skills to get the most out of their team. The Cambridge exam board are doing this right now so the location is good!
